Meet Jonathan!

18-year-old Jonathan was diagnosed with Leukemia in September of 2020. He and his younger brother live with their mother, who is the sole provider for the household.

Although Jonathan’s mother has a protected job, the family’s income has decreased as a result of frequent outpatient hospital visits over the last several months.

Jonathan recently completed his last cycle of daily chemotherapy and arsenic treatment!

With the assistance of the Hands for Holly Memorial Fund, a Family Reach LiFT partner, a grant was issued to immediately assist with their auto insurance and utility payments while their family focuses on Jonathan’s care. They were also given A Financial Guidebook to provide further financial education and budget tools for the road ahead.
